Delivery & Return Policy

LeSean is pleased to offer free standard shipping within Canada and the USA for all orders of $30 or more.  This usually gets your order delivered within 3-5 business days, sometimes even 2 days depending on where you live.

If you really need to receive the product sooner than that, we offer expedited shipping for $19.95 plus tax.  That will get your product to you within 1-3 days.

Please note, however, that orders placed on Fridays-Sundays will not be handled until Monday or until Tuesday in the event of a Monday holiday.  So, for example, if you place an order on Friday and Monday is a holiday, it will likely not be handled until Tuesday, meaning that it may not be shipped until Tuesday afternoon or until Wednesday.

If the value of your order is less than $30, we will charge you a flat shipping fee of $9.95 plus tax if shipping to anywhere in Canada or the USA.  So, please do yourself a favour and order $30 or more worth of products!

We stand by our products and believe they work well.  If, within 30 days of having purchased the product, you aren’t adequately satisfied and believe that, even though you followed the instructions, the product didn’t work well for you, then if you pack it up and send it back to us along with your receipt, we will reimburse you according to the price we charge for it on our website.  However, don’t just send it to us without letting us know first.  Contact us first by email (info@leseancanada.com) and we’ll work with you to make the return arrangements.

Note that reimbursements can only be made through the same account that you used to purchase the product.  Keeping a receipt of your purchase will be helpful in tracking down the record of your purchase.  Without your receipt, we will still try to find the record of your purchase and use it to reimburse you, however in the absence of a receipt of purchase, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to reimburse you.

If your product was damaged during shipping, again please contact us right away to let us know.  Use this email address:  info@leseancanada.com  . If you are able, take a photo.  We will work with you and the shipping company/courier/postal service to get reimbursed and/or send you a replacement.

Note:  the above return policy only applies to LeSean products you bought either through our website or through dShopping, our authorized dealer on Amazon.  If you bought the product somewhere else, please contact that vendor directly.  If they are one of our authorized retailers, they should be happy to help you.  If for some reason, they do not cooperate or are not helpful please let us know by emailing info@leseancanada.com  .
